Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Nisaa House. Pre-Order refers to products being made to order, therefore they have a longer than usual shipment timeframe & their policies slightly differ to our usual products. Please review our pre-order terms and conditions before placing your order:

Pre-Order Timeframe

• Pre-ordered items will typically be shipped within 2 to 6 weeks. 
• The exact delivery timeframe may vary depending on product availability and shipping logistics.

Refunds/Returns

• Once you place a pre-order with Nisaa House, you have 24 hours if you wish to cancel it. To cancel your order, please email us at contact@nisaahouse.co.nz within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we begin processing and preparing your order, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase. 
• Pre-ordered items can only be returned if they are faulty/damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached, and free from any signs of wear or use. 
• Refund may be applicable after our product has been returned back to us in satisfactory condition.
• If a refund is applicable, it will be credited back to the original payment method, and the process may take up to 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

• Nisaa House reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes may not be communicated and therefore it is the client's responsibility to check our website to ensure they are up to date with all policies.
